of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post, an email or the electronic withdrawal function provided by us. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will generally make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You may expressly request that prokodo begin providing the paid WIS service before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired. Without such an express request, the paid WIS service for consumers will generally begin only after the withdrawal period has expired.

For WIS contracts concluded under this legal version, a valid and timely withdrawal results in a full refund of all payments received for the withdrawn contract, using the original payment method. prokodo does not charge compensation for services already provided, a proportionate service amount or a usage value, even if you expressly requested early performance. The affected subscription and entitlement to paid services end on receipt of the effective withdrawal; further renewals and charges are prevented.

This voluntary, more customer-friendly refund policy forms part of this legal version. A subsequent change does not apply retroactively to contracts concluded under this version. The required contract confirmation must still be provided on a durable medium before paid performance begins.

The ongoing WIS subscription is not fully performed merely because a baseline, report, monitoring check, finding comparison, re-check or notification has been created or provided. The early expiry of the withdrawal right due to full performance will not be based solely on any such individual event in the ongoing subscription.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the electronic withdrawal function provided on the website. After submission, an electronic acknowledgement of receipt will be sent without undue delay to the email address you provide. Any other withdrawal method permitted by law remains available.
