This page is intended for consumers exercising an applicable statutory right of withdrawal in connection with an order placed through prokodo's Germany commercial market.
It does not apply to orders placed through prokodo's United States commercial market.

Consumers may use this function to submit a withdrawal from an online contract. After submission, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email. The confirmation of receipt does not yet mean that the withdrawal has been legally accepted or that a refund has already been initiated.
